Collette Ryan established her business in 2012 following a career as a Human Resources professional within senior teams spanning more than 20 years. Her Business Partner roles were predominantly within FTSE 100 companies across the cultural spectrum which were undergoing significant change and restructures, such as; TUPE transfers or global equivalent, acquisitions and In and Outsourcing which often required union protocols.

This wealth of knowledge led to the development of a career focused Consultancy by an individual who has experienced the exciting buzz of success within a global forum and the stress and pressure which often runs in parallel when trying to achieve results.

Collette has a National Certificate in Workplace Mediation and is Open College Network (OCN) accredited. She is MCIPD qualified, a Licensed DISC profiler and is a qualified Professional Coach with distinction.

The above qualifications and experience mean that Collette is an empathetic Mediator and Coach who has the necessary skill set to work with parties during and post change in order to help them with their personal development and communication needs.

In August 2015 an invitation was extended to become a Trustee and Board Director of YES (Youth Enterprise Solutions). YES is an incredible charity and is a not-for-profit organisation aimed to engage disaffected, hard to reach, disadvantaged young people and assist them into Education, Training and Employment (“ETE”). Through its programs and services, YES focuses on turning young people away from homelessness, criminal activity, unemployment and exclusion and to play an active role in their community.
